These policies apply to every order placed with Yerat Store Wholesalers and Retailers.
No changes or cancellations after payment and shipping
Once payment has been made and your order has been shipped, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please confirm your items, sizes, colours and delivery details carefully before you pay.
Returns only for store errors
Returns are accepted only when Yerat Store has made a mistake with your order. Items returned for any other reason will not be accepted.
No refunds
We do not issue refunds on any order.
Exchange for wrong items sent in error
If you receive a wrong item because of a store error, we will arrange an exchange in accordance with this return policy.
