How we deliver your order

We send your parcel through a park rider or transport company. We charge a fixed ₦1,000 park rider service fee for handling your parcel and delivering it to the designated park.

Important: your bus fare or transport fare from the park to your destination is separate. It is not included in the ₦1,000 service fee and must be paid directly to the driver or transport company.

We deliver straight to your address. The home delivery fee depends on your location, so it is not a fixed nationwide amount. Provide your delivery location at checkout and we will confirm the exact delivery fee with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalized.
